I have had vast experience playing formal concerts having played at many prestigious venues around the world however I love playing at informal settings or simply to add a touch of elegance to a function or wedding. I love providing a relaxed, romantic or vibrant ambience for functions, receptions, weddings or parties. I can arrange your special songs for your Wedding Ceremony and tailor the music to suit your event theme. Solo repertoire: Renaissance, Baroque, Classical, Romantic, Light Classical, Jazz, Spanish, Latin-American styles, Popular Songs and Movie Themes arranged for solo guitar.
If you prefer a duet, I am able to add a Flautist or Singer to my guitar playing.

Mexican, Latin-American and Spanish Music

Our duo was formed in 1991 to perform Mexican Mariachi and Spanish songs with traditional customs for the Brisbane Ethnic Music and Arts Centre's (BEMAC) in Brisbane. The charisma and exuberance of Ovidio Orellana, fairly called " The Greatest Mariachi Tenor in Australasia" combined with my knowledge of Hispanic music, gave rise to a very special energy on stage. We have performed extensively in and around South and Central America and Australia at multi-cultural festivals, functions, hotels, restaurants and any event requiring a Mexican, Latin American or Spanish theme.
